My wife and I rent a condo in Toronto, but we live an hour away. We had a slow leak in the ceiling of the kitchen in the Condo that would only show up once in awhile. The pipes were difficult to get at and the leak was difficult to reproduce. We had already cut a big hole in the ceiling drywall and my wife and I were going on vacation the next week, so we really had to get the problem resolved asap for our tenants. After having a negative experience with another plumbing company/plumber (eg incompetent, didn't have the right tools with him, made things up etc) I decided to call Park Lane. I appreciated that Park Lane let me email them pictures of the ceiling hole/leak area and explain in detail what I already knew about the situation. Walter from Park Lane was professional, had the right tools, and seemed like someone I could work with (I took a day off work to help resolve this issue before my vacation). By turning on different taps we identified the pipe where we knew water sometimes dripped from. Then by alternating between hot and cold we were able to start the leak. From there Walter tracked down and identified the location of the leak further up inside the wall which turned out to be a large lag screw that had pierced an ABS drain pipe for the laundry. He was then able to patch up the leak. This resolution was a huge relief and I am now on vacation enjoying myself, no longer worrying about this leak. I would highly recommend Park Lane especially for a complicated problem like this one. • • • My wife and I rent a condo in Toronto, but we live an hour away. I called park lane yesterday afternoon to have a leaky faucet repaired which was kind of an emergency... they scheduled an appointment for 8am in the morning the next day, and fixed it in no time. Compared to other plumbers it was much more affordable, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Great service.

I highly recommend Park Lane Plumbing! My kitchen sink had come loose from the counter top. Not only did Walter do a very quick and thorough job of fixing it, he put in place measures to prevent the sink from coming loose again. Very professional and efficient service

What a great experience! Walter was willing to look at several issues and fixed them all - with smile! If you want a good job at an affordable price - Choose PLP ! Before I heard about PLP- I had another Pluming company come in to assess my concerns - they were going to charge me DOUBLE the price. Don't waste your time with other companies - choose PLP from the beginning! Very affordable, professional, trustworthy, and punctual - Highly recommend PLP! I am one satisfied customer! • • • What a great experience! Walter was willing to look at several issues and fixed them all - with smile! If you want a good job at an affordable price - Choose PLP ! Above & beyond the call of duty from beginning to end!!! I went to Google Maps & inputted our address...Then search nearby with the term plumber...Park Lane Plumbing came up first...I read some of the reviews & clicked on their website...On the site I filled in the thorough get an estimate form & submitted it...Then I saw the phone number at the bottom of the page & decided to call...It was close to 5 pm...Minutes later I got a call back...Mike from Park Lane Plumbing spent the next 22 minutes going over all the possibilities of our problem & all the choices we could make...We decided a repair was going to be attempted instead of a replace...This was a bold & good decision & I really liked that this was actually their company policy...I felt safe that they knew how condos worked... The appointment was booked for 11 the next day! Yay! 5 minutes after we got off the phone, I checked & found out that indeed there were two master shut off closets, with two shut off valves, in each bathroom...I called back to Park Lane Plumbing to reassure them that we wouldn't have to shut off water to our whole wing of the condo building(upsetting our neighbours)...Though it was well after 5 pm closing time now, Mike answered, & I conveyed the information for the next day...This meant we all had all our ducks in a row for the next day's work... At 10:30 am the next day Mike called to say his guys were on their way...Great! They arrived early! Perfect! I gave them a 2 minute walk through both bathrooms, listed the problems, & they were ready to work...Oh yeah-TWO plumbers showed up!!! Unbelievable! I finally felt a little easier about all the work they were going to do... The work: Both toilet shut off valves needed to be replaced...The heads were stripped...Ok...The bolts between both tanks & the toilet were so rusted they had to be sawed off...That is a hard thing to do...The rubber gaskets then had to be replaced in between tank & toilet...Ok...The toilet to floor gaskets had to be replaced...Those bolts were rusty too...More sawing...Ok...A bonus clear sealer got added from the toilet to the floor to keep water from seeping or leaking under to our neighbours on the 2nd floor...Excellent...The flapper had to be replaced on one toilet...The fill valve had to be calibrated...The ballcock on the other toilet had to be replaced...Ok...Did I mention that because both toilet gaskets had been slowly leaking that there was mould in between the tank & the toilet in both? Ok... Total time was maybe grand total 1 hour & 15 minutes...The 15 minutes includes paying & thanking & everything! I mean FAST & hard work! Polite, clean, lovely, professional... We were initially going to replace...Because our toilets are not white(like an almond colour), it was going to cost $573 per toilet before tax plus installation & takeaway...This was the only & cheapest toilet choice we could get in the almond colour...It was also going to take 2-4 weeks to special order them...(Everyone said you can't put white toilets in an almond bathroom)...Total replace cost would have been $1,750.00 including tax(another plumber's quote)...Yes...Whoa... Total cost of repair job including everything & all supplies...$369.00 (plus we were able to pay by credit card which is nice!) We now have brand new perfect toilets that are fully functional...Job well done...I mean, Job AMAZINGLY done! These guys are GODS...(If there are female plumbers at Park Lane Plumbing then they are Goddesses!)... Thank you so much...My husband & I are so grateful...Our lives are better now... • • • Above & beyond the call of duty from beginning to end!!! I called Park Lane with what I thought was an unreasonable request: to get someone in to replace my leaky kitchen faucet with same-day service, in order to show my condo to prospective renters. To my surprise and delight, Mike was able to get a crew there within a couple of hours. After just an hour of service, the job was complete and the new faucet looked beautiful. Great service, great price! Thank you so much!

I've gone through the cycle of buying and selling 2 homes in Toronto with my family. I've dealt with plumbers aplenty. I've also owned Kangen Water Toronto for 7 years. We install and distribute WQA Certified Medical Grade water ionizers developed in Japan here in Canada and Internationally . I've personally installed close to 100 machine myself but every once in awhile I run across a designer faucet that one of my 8 adaptors don't fit. I usually need to work closely with plumbers who are either recommended by the homeowners or someone in the area that I call. Recently, I had an unusually strenuous situation with a setup and quite honestly I had realized that after 7 years of smooth sailing, I was due for a disaster. At my wits end, with over a month of delays from all parties involved, I raked over websites in Toronto and tried to rely on my "spidey" senses to find me a "diamond in the rough". You know, someone quick to jump, personable, inexpensive yet reasonable, had some great credentials and did some awesome work. After a moment of clarity one day, I happened to find Park Lane Plumbing! From the first call to the smoothness of dealing with the son of the family business, Mike, I thought to myself "If the work is as good as the first impression, I am a lucky man!". Arranging the appointment was painless, they showed up with a veteran in the industry (Walter) who has worked on documentaries on plumbing in the dark recesses of home and condo contracting, the problem was quickly explained to me where I felt like a forensic plumber, the job was diagnosed and fixed, the original setup and look of the unit was switched for better aesthetics, they did the job in 3 hours (even with making a run to home depot) and in the end, saved my reputation in this fine industry where you're only as good as your last job. Let's just say this... Kangen Water Toronto now has a new plumbing company on it's speed dial! For EVERYTHING!! Thank you so much guys...I know this latest catatrophe happened just so I could have the likes of you guys working on my project(s). Now, and moving forward. Much love! Avoid Park Lane Plumbing. They did a job in my house 5 weeks ago. Since then there were 5 leaks and substantial damage. I forced Nick to repair once, and then it was promises and kicking me around. The worst experiences with tradesmen in my life. My advice - avoid trouble, avoid Park Lane Plumbing I actually placed this review more than one year ago. But could not find it and decided to refresh

Walter really went the extra mile and GOT THE JOB DONE! My condo has old plumbing and he figured out the problem in the architectural disaster that is my bathtub. HIGHLY recommended!

I would not recommend for many reasons.

I am a small general contractor in Toronto. I have been using Park Lane for over 12 years, I have found them to be the best plumbers I've ever worked with. I love Mike and his guys, nothing but true pros from start to finish. Bob

I have never, ever had this level of customer service in the entire time I've owned my condo. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful, and he somehow worked his magic and got a plumber out to me within the hour, when all I got was the run-around from every other plumber I called. Stefano was nothing but professional, courteous and went WAY, WAY above and beyond to install my machines. And it certainly wasn't an easy feat! I would recommend Park Lane Plumbing to absolutely anyone. Thank you so much for helping me through an extremely stressful situation!! • • • I have never, ever had this level of customer service in the entire time I've owned my condo. Just had a great experience with Park Lane Plumbing. We replaced a kitchen sink and faucet and they were fast courteous and were able to offer solutions and alternatives every step of the way. Alex was well aware of the potential water issues in condo's and was diligent in ensuring that all leak tests were done on his work. I found their pricing was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. • • • Just had a great experience with Park Lane Plumbing. Mike communicated very clearly as I explained the issues and the day of the scheduled service, Stefano was pretty quick with what needed to be done. I was thrilled with the fact that Stefano cleaned up really well after the work was done and answered all of my questions.
